There are a range of packages and prices to match your own personal needs so if you are considering buying or renting a property in the mojacar area in almeria and would like us to manage it for you then do have a look at what we have to offer.
Key Holding:
If you would like peace of mind that your investment is safe and sound, that someone trustworthy has keys to your home and that they will keep a check that water and electrics are working, that your property has an airing and is not left 'stale' while you are away. House and Home can provide this for you.
Cleaning:
House and Home provide an excellent service of the following:
- Change over cleans for holiday lets with collection /delivery of laundry. Laundry costs are separate.
- New build cleans - you have a newly built property that you wish to furnish but usually they can be left thick with dust, we will make it shine ready to move into.
 Rentals:
Here at House & Home we offer a friendly and professional service to all our property owners and rental clients alike.
For the owner: A meeting usually at the property to discuss your individual needs and requirements. Photos of your home (s) will be taken and placed on our website to advertise and in our own property paper. House and Home take clients to view your property, meet and greet,holiday lets, collection of rent, water and electric bills if applicable is all done by us and paid into your chosen account. A friendly contact usually via email keeping you the owner up to date with all lettings and exactly who is in your property at any one time.
For the client: House and Home will meet and greet you take you to your chosen accommodation,and be a contact while you are here in Spain. Provide welcome packages at your request ie water, drinks, bread or other if you so request it. This is at an extra cost to the client. We can provide hire of cots and hire chairs, also at an extra cost.
Maintenance: From time to time depending on the age and usage of your property it will inevitably need some attention. Any maintenance that may arise can be quickly and efficiently dealt with. Notification to you the owner is our priority and only on your approval will works be carried out. Pool Maintenance Should your property have a private swimming pool House and Home can arrange regular pool maintenance for you.
