When starting to look for a property in the area one of the things you will be surprised to find is how many estate agents have the same property up for sale but at different prices. We always try to make sure that we have it at the best and lowest price, we work with the majority of other agents rather than against them and where necessary share the commission to ensure you get the property you want and the one that is right for you. We do not add extra commission when more agents are involved.

Very importantly, we always check on the legality of every property on our books and if there is any doubt that everything is not fully in order, then we will not sell it until it is. So you do not come to sign for the property to find you cannot buy it.

We are happy to help you through the whole process of buying – from explaining what is needed, to helping you understand what certain Spanish terms mean. If necessary, we will hold your hand right from the reservation contract through to sitting in front of the notary and getting your keys.
